When you are charged with a crime, everything changes. Every night, you sit on the edge of your bed, wondering if you are going to go to prison, wondering if you are going to be there to raise your children. I have a proven track record of helping people just like you. Call me today! (past results are no guarantee of future success).
W. Chris Nedbalek has a B.A. in Economics from the U. of Oklahoma; an M.S. in Agricultural Economics from the U. of Arizona; and a J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law (cum laude).
I have personally done about 80 criminal jury trials. I have either prosecuted or defended thousands of defendants. I might hold a record in New Mexico for the largest number of petit jurors excused "for cause" after voir dire: 54.
I can't promise you that I can wave a magic wand and make everything go away. But the truth is, I have come close to doing just that in the past. I know how the system works. I know what the DA's are doing. If it's possible to do it, I probably CAN do it.
I have frequently saved defendants enough money in either bond or in the following lawsuit to pay for my entire fee. If you will be patient, and let me do my job, I believe you will be very pleasantly surprised.

The reality is, the DA's are generally NOT going to cut you much slack. They get their funding by getting convictions. With convictions, they get to send those statistics to Santa Fe and say: "Look, see how much crime we have! We need more money for more Assistant DA's, more cars, more computers, etc." I have come to the conclusion after doing this for nearly 10 years that there is ONE way to get JUSTICE: and that's with a JURY TRIAL.
On drug cases, I am batting 100% at getting the moneys and property back that the State takes as civil forfeiture. (Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.)
